I’m Beth Middleton — a Florida-based Transaction Coordinator and licensed real estate agent who helps real estate professionals stay organized, compliant, and on track from pre-listing through closing.

Before specializing in real estate coordination, I spent more than three decades in legal and administrative roles, where precision, documentation, compliance, and communication were essential. That legal foundation shaped the way I work today: calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to getting things done correctly the first time.

Working alongside my husband in our real estate business showed me how much agents value having a dependable person managing the moving parts. I naturally stepped into that role — overseeing the details so he could focus on clients — and quickly realized how much I enjoyed making the transaction process smoother for everyone involved.

Today, I bring that same level of legal discipline, professionalism, and support to agents across Florida.
