Unfortunately, deals fall through. If the transaction is canceled by a Release and Cancellation signed by both the Buyer and Seller and the transaction does not close, no compensation is due for standard coordination fee; however, agent remains responsible for payment of any outstanding balance for additional services.

No, I don't charge a cancellation fee if the transaction is terminated or cancelled by the Buyer and Seller. If the agent terminates my services during a "pending" transaction, agent will be charged a cancellation fee.

Absolutely! I'm happy to help you with your listings, ensuring all documents are compliant and ready before listing goes live. Unfortunately, MLS rules don’t allow me as a licensed Realtor®️ to provide MLS-related services and support unless we both are affiliated with the same brokerage.

For standard services, I will invoice you prior to closing. You may pay me directly, or, if, permissible, via your commission disbursement authorization or closing statement. For additional services, payment is due at the time of hire, is not contingent on listing or contract status, and is non-refundable.
