My passion is combining a love of real estate with helping others. 

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked as a paralegal and legal administrator for 36 years. That experience gave me a strong, hands-on understanding of contracts - and taught me the value of clear communication, meeting deadlines, compliance, and staying organized. All essential in real estate.

Since becoming a licensed REALTOR®  in 2015 and joining my husband, Randy, in the business, I blended that legal foundation with the real-world real estate experience to support smooth, successful closings. As the business grew, I found I especially enjoyed helping other agents behind the scenes - supporting them through the contract-to-close process. That inspired me to offer independent transaction coordination services designed to provide a stress-free path to closings for other agents.

I'm also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist - bringing added value with an in-depth understanding of the unique nuances of real estate in probate.  

With a dedicated focus from pre-listing to the closing table, I ensure all deadlines and timelines are met, documents are compliant, and everyone stays informed. I monitor the process closely so you can focus on your clients - confident your transaction is moving forward smoothly.
